The sounds of the island. The main source after water is the wind.The faint wind blowing through a road sign enticing you to the heliport with its melancholy tone, or the rhythmical flapping of a washing line in a gale. The endless sound of the waves leaving us in a trance like state of wonder. Or in contrast the crisp sound of the used toilet paper bin after the morning's business. These are the sounds I worked into this latest release, the island as a performer.
